Scholarship Program

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Active Academy offers scholarships to deserving students based on the following criteria:

1. Academic Performance

• Scholarships are awarded based on merit and consistency in studies.
• GPA ≥ 3.8 → 100% Scholarship (Full Fee Waiver)
• GPA 3.5 – 3.7 → 50% Scholarship
• GPA 3.0 – 3.4 → 25% Scholarship
• Must not have failed in any subject.
• Should maintain the same GPA in future semesters to continue receiving the scholarship.

2. Financial Need

• Scholarships are provided to support deserving students from low-income families.
• Applicant must submit proof of income (salary slip, income certificate, or tax documents).
• Priority to students whose annual family income is below NPR 300,000.
• Preference given to students whose parents are daily wage workers, farmers, or unemployed.
• Larger family responsibilities (more dependents) will be considered.

3. Talent & Achievement

• Scholarships are available for students excelling in non-academic areas.
• National/Regional level recognition in sports, arts, music, literature, or leadership.
• Certificates or recommendation letters must be submitted.
• Active participation in school/college activities is compulsory.

4. Social Criteria

• Scholarships are provided to promote inclusivity and equal opportunity.
• Reserved scholarships for students from underprivileged/rural communities.
• Special preference to female students in STEM courses.
• Consideration for students from marginalized or disadvantaged groups.

5. Level of Study

• Scholarship conditions vary according to the level of education.
• Primary/Secondary Level: Financial need has greater weightage than academic merit.
• College/University Level: Academic performance and achievements hold greater importance.
• Must continue good conduct, discipline, and regular attendance to retain scholarship benefits.

General Conditions

• Student must apply within the announced deadline.
• All required documents must be submitted (academic transcripts, income proof, certificates).
• Scholarship is subject to review every year/semester.
• Misuse of scholarship funds or false information will lead to immediate cancellation.
